We are committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience. We accept payment in cash or via bank transfer. Unless otherwise noted, 100% of your total amount is due at the time of order placement to consider an order confirmed. Your order cannot be processed otherwise.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. A cash or bank transfer option will also be provided. Once the payment method selection is done, details will be provided accordingly.
Payment for all international orders is accepted through bank transfer or western union. A confirmation email is sent as soon as payment is received at our end.
A Cash on delivery (COD) option is available across Pakistan. If you are receiving your order on COD, you cannot open your order unless you have made the payment.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.
We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS PAKISTAN FOR ORDERS OVER PKR 15000/- orders below PKR 15000/- are charged a standard delivery fees of PKR 300/-
Shipping within Pakistan is done through TCS. Once the order is dispatched, the tracking code is sent to you via email/text message so that you can track your order.
The projected delivery time for all Cash on Delivery orders is 5-7 working days.
For all international orders, a shipping fees applies. Please contact us with your shipping destination so that we can respond with the respective shipping cost based on your destination. Although all efforts are made to ensure a timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur. If you have not received your shipment with in the allotted timeframe, kindly call or e-mail us on [email protected]. Make sure you have your order number (provided to you via email when you place your order) when you call or email us.
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not so it is important that you notify us immediately. If you would like to cancel an order, please send an order cancellation request to [email protected]
Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENECE:
At MIDAS, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our customer services include free repairs for any of our products that may occur due to normal wear and tear or usage for instance crystals falling off of our clutches. If you wish to have your jewelry replated, a nominal plating fee will be applied.
Shipping costs have to be bourn by the client.
